When I first came to Ibiza in 1972, sent by the company Philipp Holzmann, I would never have imagined that I was going to stay here for good.

Once I had started out on my own in the building sector, I set up the company Construcciones ELU, S.L., which I have been running successfully for the last 30 years.

From very early on, many of our customers asked whether I knew of anyone who was interested in buying their houses or apartments. A lot of people also came into our office looking for houses for sale.

All these enquiries led us to the idea of setting up a new department within the business to offer its services as an estate agency.

Also, the lawyer Mr Miguel Angel Torres Colomar joined our team in order to take care of the company’s legal matters.
